What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
How much does a room cost?
€65 per night for one person and €89 per night for two. A €20 cleaning fee is added once per stay. Stays of 7 nights or more get 5% off, one-month stays 30% off.
How many guests can each room sleep?
Each room sleeps up to 2 people. The whole house, with all three rooms, sleeps up to 6.
Can I book the whole house?
Yes: the whole house, up to 6 guests, is €180 per night plus €20 cleaning per stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is flexible and arranged with us. Check-out is by 13:00.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, it is a self-service breakfast: we provide coffee, tea and packaged products.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, we refund 20% of the total. No refund applies to no-shows.
Is there a tourist tax?
No, the municipality of Dipignano does not charge a tourist tax.
How do I pay?
On the website you pay by card when you book, on Stripe’s secure page. The booking is confirmed immediately and you receive a summary by email.
Do I need a car?
Yes, we recommend it: the house is in the countryside in the hills near Cosenza. The nearest airport is Lamezia Terme, where you can hire a car.
Which documents do I need on arrival?
A valid ID document for each guest: Italian law requires us to register guest details with the police.
